Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Downloads
All sales of digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a file has been delivered. Reproduction of any on-demand program content is strictly prohibited.
On-Demand Programs
There are no refunds on on-demand programs. Access to on-demand coaching programs will be immediately discontinued upon cancellation. Reproduction of any on-demand program content is strictly prohibited.
1 on 1 Coaching Sessions
There are no refunds on completed coaching sessions. Once a session has taken place, the fee for that session is non-refundable. Refunds will be prorated base on any sessions remaining with a 10% cancellation fee applied to refund.
Group Coaching
Group coaching memberships may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the group coaching program will be immediately discontinued. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Reproduction Policy
Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any digital downloads or on-demand program content is strictly prohibited.
