About Empowering Life Project

The work begins with a simple belief: your life should feel like your own.

This is a place for people who are tired of performing a life that looks fine from the outside, but feels disconnected on the inside.

There is another way to move through your days: more awake, more aligned, more your own.

Meet Tiffany Bacon

I created this work because I know what it means to want a life that feels different.

Tiffany Bacon, founder of Empowering Life Project

My childhood included adversity and experiences that asked me to find my way through real challenges. Personal growth became more than an idea—it became a path toward understanding myself, loosening the grip of limiting beliefs, and learning that a life you love can still be possible.

That path led me to degrees in psychology and rehabilitation counseling, then to over 20 years helping people move through challenges of their own. I became a life coach because my deepest passion is helping people end suffering, reconnect with hope, and create lives that feel more like their own.

What guides the work

Support that is both gentle and real.

01

Truth before performance

You do not have to arrive polished. Honest reflection is where meaningful change starts.

02

Small choices, lasting shifts

We focus on steady practices and decisions that make a new way of living feel possible.

03

Your life, your authority

Coaching is not about someone else writing the answers. It is about strengthening your ability to hear—and trust—your own.

The coaching approach

A calm space to find your footing, then use it.

Our work blends thoughtful conversation, perspective, and practical experiments. We will explore what is getting in the way, reconnect with what matters, and create a next step that feels honest enough to take.

You are not behind. You are becoming more available to yourself.

Explore ways to work together

A life with more presence is not out of reach.

It starts with paying attention to the part of you that is ready for something different.
